Q:I want to play in windowed mode.

 A:You can switch between windowed and full screen with "Alt" + "Enter".

Q:An error occurs during installation or update.

 A:Please try the steps below.


1.Please try restarting both Steam and your computer.
2.Try clearing your Steam download cache.
How to clear your cache: go on ""Steam""→""Settings""→""Download""
→""Clear Download Cache""

3.Try resetting your Library folder.
How to reset your Library folder: ""Steam""→""Settings""→""Download""
→ ""Steam Library Folders""
→right click on any folder→""Reset Library Folder"

4.Please verify the integrity of the game files.
Find Game in Library →Right click game title→""Properties""→""Local Files""→""Verify Integrity of Game Files""

5.Please change the download region.
""Steam""→""Settings""→""Download""→ ""Download Region"".
You may need to test several regions other than your own.

6.Please delete the "title name" folder.
(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\title name)

Q:It says "This is not the save data created by the current account".

 A:Data seems to be corrupted...
Please try the following steps to see if the error disappears.

1. Turn off the saving of Steam cloud information for "title name" and empty the "save folder" of the game.
 To move to the save folder
 Steam Library→Right click on the game→""Properties""→""Local files""→""Browse...""

* If you empty the "saves folder", the data will be deleted.

2. Try to start the game.

Q:"Error code 51" is displayed or startup fails.

 A:Please check below.

1. Please try restarting both Steam and your computer.

 You can do this by clicking on "Steam "→ right click on the game →"Property"→"Local file"→"Verify integrity of game files".

3. Your Antivirus Software may be causing the issue, so please turn off your Antivirus Software and try restarting.
